1 ½ oz Red Cabin Bourbon
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Aperol

Add Red Cabin Bourbon, Sweet Vermouth and Aperol into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a king ice cube.

Garnish with an orange peel

1 ½ oz Red Cabin Bourbon
½ oz Lime Juice
Equal Parts Cranberry Juice & Lemon Lime Soda To Fill

Combine all ingredients, stir, garnish with a lime


The Mai-Waukee

1 oz Red Cabin Bourbon
1 oz Hibiscus Syrup
Lemon Squeeze
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Amaretto 
Shake well and strain over ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint!


1 ½ oz Red Cabin Bourbon rested in Cabernet Barrels
¾ oz Triple Sec
½ oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Cranberry Juice
2 dashes Bittercube Orange Bitters

In a shaker combine all ingredients and top with ice. Shake and double strain into a coupe glass. Express an orange twist over the drink and insert the orange twist into the drink as a garnish.
