1 ½ oz Door County Cherry Vodka
½ oz Lime Juice
Fill (with) Ginger Beer
Garnish Lime Wedge

Directions
  1. Add lime juice and Door County Cherry Vodka to a rocks glass or copper mug.
  2. Fill the glass with ice.
  3. Top with Ginger Beer.
  4. Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.

½ oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Lime Juice
6 Mint Leaves
3 Lime Wedges (1 for garnish)
Fill (with) Press (club soda with a splash of Sprite)

Directions
  1. Muddle mint leaves and 2 lime wedges in the bottom of a Collins Glass
  2. Add Door County Cherry Vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup
  3. Fill glass with ice
  4. Top with press (club soda and a splash of sprite)
  5. Garnish with a lime wedge

1 Maraschino Cherry (muddled)
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 ½ oz North Brandy
Fill (with) Sprite/Squirt/Press/Club Soda
Garnish Maraschino Cherry Skewered Through An Orange Wedge

Directions
  1. Add simple syrup, orange bitters, an orange slice, and a Maraschino cherry to the bottom of a rocks glass.
  2. Muddle.
  3. Add North Brandy.
  4. Fill the glass with ice.
  5. Top with sprite, squirt, or club soda.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry skewered through an orange slice.

Stemless Martini Glass - With Sugar Rim

1 ½ oz North Brandy
½ oz Simple Syrup
3/4 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Lemon Juice
Gaarnish Sugar Rim

Directions
  1. Rim glass with sugar. Set aside.
  2. Add all ingredients to a shaker tin filled halfway with ice.
  3. Shake hard (12-15 seconds) until well-chilled.
  4. Double strain using a hawthorne strainer and pouring through a fine mesh strainer into the glass.

3 oz Champagne or Sparkling Wine

Directions
  1. Add the gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a Champagne flute.
  3. Top with Champagne.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist.

2 oz Guided Trail Gin
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
Fill (with) Club Soda

Directions
  1. Add the Guided Trail Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup to a Collins glass.
  2. Fill the glass with ice, top with club soda and stir.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and maraschino cherry

Gin Sour

Coupe

2 oz Guided Trail Gin
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
½ oz Egg White or Aquafaba (optional)
Garnish Lemon Twist

Directions
  1. Add the Guided Trail Gin, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (if using) into a shaker and vigorously dry-shake (without ice) if using egg white or aquafaba. (If not using egg white or aquafaba, skip the dry shake and move to the next step.)
  2. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
  3. Strain into a coupe glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon twist. Or if using egg white or aquafaba, decorate the frothy top with 3 to 5 drops of Angostura bitters.

Classic Old Fashioned

Rocks Glass

1 Sugar Cube (muddled)
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 ½ oz Red Cabin Bourbon
1 King Cube
Garnish Expressed Orange Peel

Directions
  1. Muddle a sugar cube with Angostura bitters until it forms a paste in the bottom of a mixing glass.
  2. Fill the mixing glass with ice, add the Red Cabin Bourbon, and stir until well-chilled (12-15 seconds)
  3. Add a king cube to the rocks glass.
  4. Strain over the king cube.
  5. Using a Y-peeler, peel an orange lengthwise (about a 3”- 4” strip)
  6. Express the oil over the top of the cocktail, rub the peel around the rim of the glass, twist, and add the peel to the cocktail as a garnish.

Manhattan

Rocks Glass

2 oz Red Cabin Bourbon
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
4 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 King Cube
Garnish Luxardo Cherry

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients besides the king cube and garnish to a shaker tin or mixing glass filled halfway with ice.
  2. Stir together for 10-12 seconds using a bar spoon.
  3. Add the king cube to a rocks glass.
  4. Strain over the king cube into the glass.
  5. Garnish with a Luxardo Cherry on the end of a cocktail pick.

New York Sour

Rocks Glass

2 oz Red Cabin Bourbon
1 oz Lemon Juice
3/4 oz Simple Syrup
1 Whole Egg White (optional)
½ Red Wine (float)

Directions
  1. Add the whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white (optional) into a shaker filled halfway with ice and shake hard 12-15 seconds) until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
  3. Slowly and carefully pour the red wine over the back of a bar spoon so that the wine floats on top of the drink.
