Winter Tasting Dinner

Join us in The Founder’s Room, set around Central Standard’s famous Pabst mansion ash tree table for an intimate five course spirits tasting dinner hosted by Chef David Sapp. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with advance notice. For those who don’t drink alcohol, we can create craft mocktails to replace the alcohol pairings.

Take home a memorable thank-you gift: a commemorative holiday rocks glass and a 100ml bottle of Central Standard’s Door County Cherry Vodka.
