With the addition on our new Executive Chef David Sapp comes new Fall Menu items! Chef incorporated North Wisconsin Brandy into multiple dishes in honor of Wisconsin Brandy Old Fashioned month.
Must-try new entrees include the Bone-In Pork Chop, which is brined in North Wisconsin Brandy, grilled and served with roasted vegetables and smoked-cream-cheese-and-chive polenta; the Angus Filet, which is pan seared and served with brown-butter-whipped potato, charred broccolini, confit shallot and bordelaise sauce. The new Milwaukee Cheese Steak Sandwich also boasts an Old Fashioned tie as the sandwich’s peppers and onions, which sit atop shaved Ribeye, are braised in North Wisconsin Brandy.
A new Brat Board – featuring local bratwursts, seasonal garnishes and Milwaukee Pretzel Co. pretzel stick – joins the Crafthouse’s famed Charcuterie and Cheese Board. Soups, salads and dessert offerings are also expanded on the new fall menu, which is topped off with Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies served alongside North Wisconsin Brandy-infused Old Fashioned flavored ice cream from Crème De Liqueur.
“Just like our spirits, we pride ourselves on sourcing the freshest local ingredients,” Sapp said. “We partner with area favorites including Becher Meats, Silver Moon Springs and Foltz Family Farm to ensure we’re offering our guests only the best of the best from the local food scene. We’ve been quietly previewing the new menu the past few days to rave reviews. We can’t wait to officially debut it on the 23rd.”
