We’re excited to announce the launch of its new line of THC-infused, non-alcoholic beverages, Delta Dawn. The new line will debut with two refreshing flavors: Door County Cherry Lemonade and Fruit Punch.

Each Delta Dawn beverage contains 10mg of THC per 12 oz can and is completely alcohol-free and gluten-free. This new product line offers a unique, alternative way to enjoy a craft-made beverage without alcohol.

“We saw an opportunity to bring our expertise in crafting high-quality spirits to a different kind of beverage,” said Pat McQuillan, co-founder of Central Standard Craft Distillery. “Delta Dawn allows us to provide a new experience for our customers, focusing on delicious, familiar flavors with the added benefit of THC in a safe, controlled way.”

The Door County Cherry Lemonade flavor highlights the celebrated tartness of locally sourced Door County cherries, balanced with a classic lemonade taste. The Fruit Punch flavor delivers a nostalgic and vibrant blend of fruity notes.

This comes in the middle of a dynamic time of development for Central Standard: Early last year, the distillery released its first canned RTD option for its iconic Brandy and Bourbon Old Fashioned as well as a large format 1.75L Premade Brandy Old Fashioned cocktail. Central Standard will soon exponentially expand its production capacity with a move to the historic Harley-Davidson campus, planned for early 2026.
