What is involved in reserving my date?
A 25% deposit of the room fee is required to reserve date along with a signed contract.

What is included?
When you rent Central Standard for your event, you will get the following included with the rental cost: Tables and chairs displayed at the cocktail house, 1-2 bartenders and manager, and access to our venue for a total of 6 hours, which includes 1 hour for setup, 1 hour for takedown and staffing. $100 will be charged per hour after the 6-hour block rate.

What is the capacity?
We have a capacity of 75 people with a suggested guest count of 60 for standing, 50 for seated, and 40 or less for plated dinners.

Is there ample parking for guests?
Street parking is available.

Are there any restrictions?
If you would like to hang items on the wall, it must be discussed prior to the event. All displays located within the building cannot be changed or removed. The use of glitter, confetti, sequins, sequins-confetti or tinsel is prohibited. Nails, tacks, and staples are prohibited. Only enclosed candles are permitted. Fogging and bubble machines are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the building.

Can hosts bring in outside alcohol? Any extra fees?
Since we do not carry wine, it can be brought in for private parties only. There is a $25 corkage fee per bottle (opened by the bartender) and wine must be brought in by your caterer.

Is there a certain time we must leave?
The rental time includes setup and cleanup time. Our staff will provide setup and breakdown of our items provided (tables, chairs, etc). The customer is responsible for all other set up, cleanup and proper return of rental items. Your party must be out within 30 minutes of the event ending and cleaned within 60 minutes.

Is there an onsite caterer?
We do not have an onsite caterer. You can choose any vendor you desire or we can recommend several we enjoy working with. We will provide a catering document for your chosen caterer if we haven’t worked with them before.

Additional Information
A 20% service fee will be added to the bill at the end of event.
Bar minimums can be met with Open Bar, Cash Bar, or a combination of the two.

Payments
The 25% deposit payment of the room rental rate must be made by personal check, cash or credit. The remaining balance of the bill will be processed at the end of the event. Using a debit card is allowed at your own discretion. Central Standard Craft Distillery is not responsible for covering overdraft fees to your account. There is a $50 fee for returned checks.

When your guests have a good time, you have a good time. And when everybody is happy, we’re happy. Here are some suggestions to make your event unforgettable.

Private Guided Tour & Tasting
Enjoy a private tasting of Central Standard spirits for $7 a person (normally $12 each). This can be formal (seated and pre-determined), or informal (throughout the evening). Add a tasting glass for your guests to take home for an extra $2.50 (valued at $5). Available only during normal tour hours.

Custom Bottle Labels
Add a custom label to any 50 ml, 375 ml, or750ml bottles for your event for an extra 50 cents.* This can be a company logo, simple photo, or small phrase. Inquire for further details.

*Bottles must be purchased in advanced.

Gift Bags
Add a Bloody Mary kit as parting gifts for $8 each. This includes one 50ml bottle of Central Standard Vodka, a mini can of tomato juice, mini tabasco, and a Central Standard sticker.

Custom Craft Cocktails Names
Feel free to rename any cocktails on the most current menu to add to the theme of the night! If you wish to add specialty cocktails for the evening, these need to be decided at least two weeks prior to your event. For example, a ‘his’ and ‘hers’ cocktail for your guests.

Audio Visual Equipment and Services
The use of our 100-inch projector, speaker and microphone is included in the cost of your rental if you wish to use it.
